Corpsmember Support

Supporting our Corpsmembers as they work and learn.

Our Corpsmember Development (CMD) department supports our Corpsmembers with career and psychological counseling, life skills workshops, case management, certified trainings and one-on-one assistance with resumes, job and college applications and job placement.

The CMD staff also works collaboratively with 211 to assist Corpsmembers in enrolling in CalFresh, CalWORKS, Medi-Cal, behavior health services and earned income tax credit. CMD maintains strong employer partnerships to ensure Corpsmembers transition with jobs skills and certifications they need to succeed.

On average, 70 percent of our graduates transition to the workforce while 22 percent transition into higher education.
